Swap Your Commercial

This site will be predominantly for commercial property owners to buy each others commercial property; but as a member of Swap Your Land you are automatically a member of all three and will be able to cross market.

Examples: You may need a building in a different location as you want to relocate your business; maybe even be able to work something out with your lease.. You may also want to build a building and may want to offer your rehab building to someone who owns Commercial land; find that someone on Swap Your Land; Offer to buy their land if they buy your building. You never know what you may be able to work out on Swap!
