Getting Started

Anyone can search; and or post your house for free! There are a few ways to go:

Step 1

Just simply register yourself and email address and become a BRONZE member. As a BRONZE member you can immediately begin a search or browse right away on our entire Swap Listing Database; Also if you like post your house for a potential Swap!

Register Now!

These houses and search results will only display information regarding price range, square footage, # of bedrooms, location (non-specific), along with 1 image of the house. You will be sent emails with houses recently posted that meet your wish list criteria; or if you have posted a house we may send one notifying you of the number of people who have viewed YOURS. Possible profile matches based on your previous search criteria, and other updated information. With the posting of a house you will also be able to receive a mailbox where you have messages to pick up once you become a SILVER member or greater.

Step 2

Once you become a SILVER member you can post a house on the Swap database WITH 5 additional photos, and a list of all relative features of the homes (ex. Pool, Central Air, Fireplaces, Wood floors, etc.) As a SILVER member you also have access not only to view all messages/inquiries into your listing, but also contact that user indirectly (through the Swap email messaging system), to develop the opportunity and enter into initial negotiations.

Step 3

As a GOLD member, users are able to create a PREMIUM posting, with 10 images of ALL the features and selling points, including virtual tours, and extended text space for descriptions. You also get limited customization potential! Make your own flyer to keep the attention of perspective buyers!

Go Platinum!

Platinum Member Subscription Service. Platinum status may be used to add a bit of extra confidence to the buyer or seller. You may narrow your search criteria by Platinum status members only. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members may purchase Platinum Member Subscription Service. This status is a Credit approved status. You may give the details of your credit approval to the seller of the house you are interested in upon the sellers request if you like. Swap Your House makes no guarantees of the authenticity of such approvals. Scrutiny of the Pre Approvals are subject to the sellers in the transaction. If You register for the Platinum Member Subscription Plan, you will be responsible for paying 120-day subscription fees of $25.00 per each 120-day term. If You choose the Platinum Member Subscription Plan you must renew your Platinum status by re applying with your lender. When re applying you should begin 30 days prior to expiration of your Platinum rating; to better help you from losing your status. If you cancel your account or let it expire you will also lose your Platinum rating and must re apply even if you are within 120 days of your last approved Platinum rating; re approval can not be guaranteed even if you are still within the original 120 days. The same $25.00 administrative fee also applies on re application. If you are Platinum you will still have only the capabilities of the Package you are currently paying or not paying for. If your Platinum rating expires you will revert to the Bronze, Silver, or Gold status you are currently paying for. Yet there are still no guarantees that the Platinum user will ultimately qualify. Match Me Search Engine

Create either one or multiple wishlists for each property that you have active with Swap Your House.at anytime. Your may perform these searches individually by selecting the Run My Swap button located in your Members Section. This feature provides you with the ability to search in multiple locations that you may be willing to live in hopes that you may find someone in one of those locations who’s wishlist is what you have for that individual property.
