Investor Swap is a section where investors may be able to Swap Investments with the potential of buying each others investment at full market value, cutting out fees, and negotiation in order to maximize profits! This section will have different criteria such as Furnished or Un Furnished; as well as whether or not the property has tenants. It will be easier to state the details of the lease; including length of lease and amount of rent. You may also be able to post whether or not the Mortgage is assumable.
