Attention Agents!

Earn both sides of your commission!

Even if there is another agent on the other side of the transaction; in effect you are still only two agents representing your client on the sale and the purchase!

So if you have a 6% listing agreement and the other agent the same you will split that 12 % between the only two agents involved!

To bring more control to the agents to assist your clients individually..You may have Sub accounts for each of your clients that will have their own passwords to access each of their accounts. Your clients may post as many homes under their sub account as you like. So if one client has 1 house and another has 5 houses; their password will only work with their account and postings within.

You may agree with your clients on an individual password to use as you may want to help by monitoring their Favorites section to advise on the homes they are interested in.

You may upgrade the package with each house but to get started at least post them for FREE! Get a hold of your clients wish list and plug them in!

You may have multiple wish lists for 1 house and modify them at anytime after posting.

Have fun with this and read through all the Success Stories and FAQ's to see the many ways to help your clients out..( i.e. Swap in to a rental and build what you want, Swap for a house in the location you desire then swap again within that city; dealing with credit issues, etc.)
