Category #1: Title Companies Title Companies can provide the documentation necessary to complete a for sale by owner transaction. In your contract we recommend a contingency "upon a successful close of escrow of both properties." A simultaneous close of escrow is highly recommended. Title companies are also a resource in answering questions regarding transaction fees. If you are not a state that uses title companies, then you must contact a real estate attorney.
Category #2: 1031 Exchange Facilitators Contact one of these companies if you are interested in the potential of deferring taxes on your property.
Category #3: Insurance Companies Property insurance is necessary for closing on a new home, please contact one of the following companies to discuss rates and coverage.

Category #7: National Lenders/Banks Need a loan or a cash out refinance? Need a pre approval to obtain a Platinum rating?
Category #8: National Movers Need help in your move? These companies may be able to make your move a little easier!
Category #9: Home Inspection Companies You May be required to get a home inspection. (It is a good idea regardless)
Category #10: Bug Inspection You may be required to get a termite inspection (it is a good idea regardless).
